To check why a server is off, you can check if it was recently restarted by running this command

If you want to get additional details, you can go to the Event Viewer, select System Events and then filter for the event with ID 1074 (System has been shutdown by a process/user).

Alternatively, you can find the last event occurred of such a type by running this command from an elevated Powershell prompt:
